Jordan from Exact Plumbing was great! When we were buying our first home, we found out during the inspection that there was a pretty nasty leak. Uh oh! I was crazy stressed out to think of what that could mean.
A friend of mine recommended Exact Plumbing and I am so glad! Jordan was professional, friendly and helped to walk us through our options - he even followed up after the job was done. A nice touch!!
I've recommended him to my another friend of ours who just bought a house and also to my parents and they had the same great service!

I called Zach at Exact Plumbing because of the reviews here on Yelp, and could not be more pleased.
When I was in the construction business years ago, Zach is exactly the kind of guy I would have been comfortable bring onto a project as a sub. Now, as a humble homeowner with an old house in the midst of extensive renovations, it's a comfort to know I can call Zach when I run into something I can't (or don't have time to) deal with myself.
I've had him out twice now, first to rebuild the 60 year-old drains under the house, and second to replace the water heater with a new tankless model.
He knows his stuff, his work is fast and accurate, neat and clean. Exact is the perfect name.

First of all, I had found Exact Plumbing by way of another plumber who had a top rated yelp review. The first plumber wasn't available and personally recommended Zach and made the call for me. No sooner did I hang up from the first plumber, Zach called back asking how he could help me.
He was very appreciative of the referral, heard me out on what I needed and set an appointment time of when he could come out. I called around 2:00pm on a Tuesday and was given a window of 4:00-6:00pm. Zach also set the expectation that if he couldn't perform the entire repair today; he'd cap things off so that I could turn the water on and he'd be back tomorrow to finish the repair.
As for the repair; I had set out this morning to remove the shower valve innards and replace all of the washers and gaskets. Unfortunately, the valve had other ideas and broke off as I was trying to remove the cover for the Delta innards. As soon as I saw what I had done, I knew I needed a plumber!
Zach and his personable assistant arrived just after 5:15pm, prepared and ready to tackle my plumbing problem. I took them to the scene; our shower stall, where you could see my lovely handy-work. After a quick assessment, he prepared a written estimate that was fair and said that he could complete the work w/in two hours. He also mentioned that after our initial call, he decided to make a stop at his supply house to pick up a new Moen shower valve; just-in-case he could get the job done on one visit.
After reviewing and approving the estimate and statement of work, Zach and his assistant made the repairs. They did so in less than the two hours, they were neat and clean and the work was performed in a very satisfactory manner. In reviewing the work after it had been completed, I agreed with Zach that because of how the previous owner had done the initial installation, I was very glad that I called a capable plumber to make the repair.
I would highly recommend Zach and Exact Plumbing, and I would use him again for my plumbing needs!

I found Exact Plumbing by referral & I'm happy to say it was a very good experience. Zach & his assistant showed up when Zach said they would, he reviewed the problem & gave a written estimate of repairs before starting the job. I appreciated that written estimate so there were no unpleasant surprises once the work was complete.
They were fast & efficient & brought in their own vacuum cleaner to clean up after the plumbing repair was complete - a nice touch. Zach is very conscientious & as the owner, is well aware of how far good customer service can go.
You can even discuss the problem & ballpark cost over the phone so you know what you're looking at for time & cost before making the commitment. It's not cheap, but what skilled trade is? It was totally worth having a professional do the work I needed done.
Don't hesitate to call Exact Plumbing.
